Photographs/Videos

  • What format can my photos be in?
    We accept all image types but recommend .jpg or .heic for larger file sizes.
  • What is the minimum resolution of photos?
    No restrictions currently
  • What is the maximum file size for a single photo?
    4.5MB
  • How do I upload my pictures?
    Upload your photos in the book builder by dragging and dropping your photos or uploading from your computer!
  • What profile should files be uploaded in?
    Print CMYK but accept sRGB too.
  • What types of video files should be used?
    We currently support the mp4 file format.

Purchase to Delivery

  • Am I charged sales tax?
    Yes, you will be charged your state's sales tax.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    VISA, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, American Express.
  • When will my order arrive?
    A confirmation email is sent after purchase, along with a shipping notification and an option to track your package within two business days.

  • What kind of paper is used?
    Premium lay-flat paper for every book sourced from responsibly managed forests.
  • What kind of cover do I get?
    Premium hardbound covers with matte soft-touch finish to make the book look excellent in any light or angle.
  • Where are the products made?
    Our materials are hand-selected and "Made in the USA."

Returns

Here at Life Rootz, your satisfaction is our number one concern. And, our job isn’t done until we know you love your project. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, we’d like the opportunity to make things right. Fill out our Return Inquiry Form within 30-days after your purchase.
Every order is inspected by our talented staff for quality and craftsmanship, but on rare occasions, we may miss an issue. If that’s the case, we’ll work together to either return and replace the book or provide store credit to be used towards future Life Rootz purchases.
Please understand that Life Rootz is not responsible for customer errors such as spelling/grammatical mistakes, quality issues with original images, or ordering errors.
